Welcome to the dopest KETO blog out there! Let me give you a little background info both on what KETO is (though I imagine if you found this, you probably already done some research ) and what I've done with KETO. Google defines KETO has this --> The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate diet. What does this mean? It means to cut out all those deliciously evil but great tasting carbs that most of our diets are consumed by....potatoes....fries.... Most will tell you this is impossible- IT ISN'T. I'm typically horrible with eating good, but once I buckled down I was able to do it, and SO CAN YOU!!!  MY STORY: Around May of 2017- My girlfriend and I decided to book a trip to mexico, Cancun.
